This blog is the written things about our opinions in lifestyles of teenagers. We think that teenagers have a lots culture of life because they are started and learned to know and realize to the world. All our entries are related to the teenagers. Blogging is fun social network because from this we can exchange the opinion with the issue that was discussed. In other hand the knowledge can be distribute to people also. Other than that, people can read our written freely in everywhere because the network is the international. Social networking..
A social network is a social structure made of individuals or organizations, which are connected by one or more specific types of interdependency, such as friendship, financial exchange, dislike, sexual relationships and knowledge. Websites are commonly used, these websites are known as social sites. Nowadays, the most popular social network among teenagers is like facebook, friendster and twitter.
Teens will fill they free time with social network which is like chatting and surf the internet. By this way they are easier way to chat and connected with friend. Another one of those benefits includes diversity because the internet gives individuals from all around the world access to social networking sites. In the same time, we should aware with dangers associated with social networking.

Reading
Reading is a means of language acquisition, of communication, and of sharing information and ideas. There are many benefits by reading which are can expands your vocabulary and improves your spelling, It helps you understand different ways of life and different ideas, it can be fun to read new stories and find out what happens and also expands your imagination.
Many things we can read through such as books, magazines, newspaper and articles review. As a teenager we should read more because we just a new generation and should grab the knowledge and information from reading. The reading is a manual to handle a device called life where in there are so many possible situations and options where in what counts the experience is. Reading makes an individual benefit out of the worldly experiences of people too.
Dieting in the best way..
Dieting is the practice of taking a food in a regulated fashion to achieve or maintain a controlled weight. Girls teens like dieting because they want to stay slimming and care with their body shape.
Actually the good ways on dieting is combination with exercise and control your foods. The foods types are healthy to us are:
• foods that contain less amounts of saturated and trans fat, sugar and salt,
• eat more fruits, vegetables, cereals, pasta, fish and lean meats,
• drink low-fat or fat-free milk instead of whole milk,
• bake, broil, roast and poach foods, and
• limit intake of alcohol to a drink.
An effective exercise program includes are aerobic exercise to keep your heart and vascular system healthy and fit, weight lifting to maintain your muscle and flexing to stay flexible.The healthy life make your life feel good without any disease.

Reduce Sugar Consumption...
hi, teen..!!today our blog would inform regarding the campaign "reduce sugar consumption" that will began on 20/3/2010. This information from apart of article in Newspaper of the New Straits Time on 21/3/2010.
The objective of this campaign to put less sugar in their food and drinks. Then, to encourage them to minimize sugar and sugar products. This campaign will be held in school (six months) to inform the students of the dangers of sweetened food, desserts and drinks.
The Health Department also will hold talks and provide all the reading materials to create awareness among housewives of the dangers of excessive sugar intake.

What is "healthy eating?"
hello, teen!!hope today is a great day for you all....today our blog would discus the healthy eating..what is healthy eating??let's check it out..
1. Aiming for regular meals (usually 3 meals per day in the morning, afternoon, and evening) and healthy snacks (when you are hungry or need extra energy)
2. Eating foods from all of the food groups (grains, fruits, vegetables, proteins, dairy proteins, and healthy fats) each day to meet your nutritional needs
3. Balancing nutrient-rich foods with moderate amounts of other foods, such as sweets or fast foods
4. Eating when hungry and stopping when full

Are you the gossiper?
Gossip is idle talk or rumours, especially about the personal or private affairs of others. Commonly its means of sharing facts and views that no proven, but also has a reputation for the introduction of errors and other variations into the information transmitted.
Gossip will appear among teenagers because they will talk about each other’s interest or anything that can be sharing. Usually, the issue that would be discusses among teenager such as celebrities, fashion, love, music's and friends.
There have negatives sides about gossiping which is lost productivity, wasted time, hurt feelings, erosion of trust and morale. So people should beware and concern when talking about other people.
